HEIP-LINK has made its appearance on another international conference, “Management and commercialization of intellectual property (IP) at universities and institutes”, in Ho Chi Minh City on 27^th September this year.  

The conference, which was jointly organised by the Vietnam Bureau of Intellectual Property, Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation (JIII), spurred the co-operation and mutual understanding on IP as well as technology transfer between Vietnam and Japan.

Given to the nature of HEIP-LINK and the conference, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam introduced and discussed the project to the participants. The experts are happy with the project initiative and would like to see more similar projects in the future.
