Apart from promoting HEIP-LINK at the university website, our Russian counterpart, St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University, organised an international conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM’2013) from 23rd to 25th of May to enhance the project’s visibility.

The conference attracted some 300 researchers in the field and an announcement, «HEIP-link: online tool supporting international R&D cooperation through facilitating information on intellectual property rights and technology transfer issues» was made at the plenary session.
