Postdoctoral Research Scientist	The National Science Foundation	Sri Lanka	Applications are invited from scientists/ engineers with PhD or equivalent qualifications and good research record, who would commit for full time research up to 3 years (within Sri Lanka). The research scientists may be the full time investigator of work on a project of another principal investigator. The award will cover a stipend and/ or research expenses.	Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka and should be registered with the STMIS database of the NSF; hold a Doctoral research degree, and possess adequate research experience after postgraduate qualification.
Research Fellowships	The National Science Foundation	Sri Lanka	Applications are invited from eminent Scientists/Engineers with PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualifications as determined by the Board of Management to undertake full time research (within Sri Lanka) up to 3 years. Selected candidates will be entitled to a stipend as decided by the NSF and research expenses.	Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka and should be registered with the STMIS database at the NSF, and possess a PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualifications as determined by the Board of Management and a good publication record with papers in peer reviewed journals at the time of application. Applications are considered only for individual projects.
