About HEIP-link
HEIP-link is a cooperation of 11 Higher Education Institutions and networks from Europe, Latin America, BRIC countries, and ASEAN countries, covering some 60 countries on 3 continents.
The conference was organized by the Jagiellonian University, Intellectual Property Law Chair together with HEIP-LINK project Consortium.

Objectives
The overall objective of the HEIP-link project is:
To strengthen cooperation and awareness among European Higher Education Institutions and their strategic counterparts (BRICS, Latin America, ASEAN) in research, through enhancing knowledge of R&D collaboration framework issues.
Activities
The main envisaged activities and expected results of the HEIP-link Project are the following:
Research/Data collection: key data relevant for both, other EU and third country partners with regards to R&D collaboration frameworks, and particularly IPR regulations and practices.
