With the support from the Centre for Vientnamese and Southeast Asian Studies, Vietname National Unviersity Ho Chi Minh City – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the project was brought to the table for discussion in national and international conference in Asia.

HEIP-LINK in Thailand

The project and importance of IP was being discussed during a national conference in Thailand, “From CLMVT to AEC: Current Situation and Future Prospects” which gathered over 250 enterprises, professors and researches in Khon Kaen. Prof. Sataporn Roengtam from the Khon Kaen University believed that mutual understanding amount Southeast Asian countries could be enhancing through knowledge sharing on intellectual property.

From Southeast to Northeast

Following that, HEIP-LINK was brought to the South Korea, Northeast Asia. The project was introduced in the International Symposium “Global Saemaul Forum 2013” hosted by the Yeungnam University (South Korea) on 26th – 27th June, which attracted researchers from South Korea, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia…etc.
