Acts delimited to the subject-matter of the patented invention which are necessary for obtaining a marketing authorisation for a medicinal product;

The preparation in a pharmacy of a medicinal product according to a medical prescription for individual cases.

Trade Marks

Limitations on exclusivity. Anyone may use the following:

His own name and his own address;

Indications concerning the kind, quality, quantity, intended purpose, value or geographical origin of the goods or services, the time of production of the goods or of rendering the services or other characteristics of the goods or services;

The trade mark for the indication of the intended purpose of the goods or services, in particular as accessories or spare parts.
