Exploitation outside the course of professional activity;

Exploitation by experiment relating to the subject matter of the invention;

Preparation in a pharmacy of a medicine in accordance with a prescription in individual cases, or acts carried out with a medicine so prepared;

Tests, experiments and the like on a patented medicine necessary to obtain marketing authorization for a medicine in a state party to the WTO Treaty.

Industrial Designs

Exception from the right to design

Use for private and non-commercial purposes;

Use for experimental purposes;

May be displayed for the purpose of making citations or of teaching.

Trade Marks

Limitations on exclusivity. Anyone may use the following:

his name, business name or address; indications concerning the kind, quality, quantity, purpose, value or geographical origin of the goods or services, the time of production of the goods or of rendering the services or other characteristics of the goods or services; the trademark, when this is necessary to indicate the intended purpose of goods or services, such as when the trademark indicates that the intended purpose of the goods is as accessories or spare parts.
