| Limitations on exlcusive rights:
| Acts done for experimental purposes only and not for commercial purposes from the object of the patented invention / utility model;
Acts performed solely for teaching or scientific or academic research;
Use of the invention / utility model for thirty days before the expiration of the patent / utility model rights for experimental purposes and in order to gather the information required for approval of a product by the competent authority, for marketing after the expiration of the patent / utility model rights;
Acts performed by a person who in good faith prior to the filing date or priority for the application for the patent / utility model rights was already in the country producing the product or using publicly the process that constitutes the invention / utility model or had made preparations for such production or use.
