The main envisaged activities and expected results of the HEIP-link Project are the following:

Research/Data collection: key data relevant for both, other EU and third country partners with regards to R&D collaboration frameworks, and particularly IPR regulations and practices.

Interactive web-tool for HE research cooperation: comparative decision making guide with data of ca. 60 countries. Easy-to-access and useful information in support of R&D cooperation.

International Conference visibility of EU HE as it aims to attract a large number of third country HEIs, policy makers and representatives of the enterprise sector to discuss the R&D collaboration frameworks and IPR practices for EU-third country cross-border collaboration.

Final Publication: Higher Education Research Collaboration Toolkit. publication distributed widely to HEIs worldwide

Final event/conference targeted at policy makers and HE representatives. Attractiveness of EU HEIs for international R&D cooperation to be discussed with key stakeholders.
