The project was introduced and discussed by UNICAMP in the event organized by InovaUFABC, The Great ABC Intermunicipal Consortium and The Economic Development Agency of the Greater ABC.

The Innovation Agency is an agency of Federal University of ABC whose main purpose is to manage the institutional politics of intellectual property, technology transfer and entrepreneurship.

The Great ABC Intermunicipal Consortium brings together the seven municipalities of the Greater ABC for planning, coordination and definition of actions of regional character.
