On November 12-15 2013, Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” held the 2nd Russia Forum on “Strategic Partnership of HEIs and Enterprises in the field of High tech fields of Economy” which consisted of 2 sessions:

XII all Russia scientific and practical conference “Personnel training for the Region Economic complex of the North-West Region”. The target audience of the conference was university decision makers, top managers of the leading enterprises in he North-West region, representatives of the government of St. Petersburg.
Conference “Flexible electronics”, which hosted more than 300 Russian scientists in the field of nano technology, electronics and radio engineering.

Within the frames of the forum, it also incorporated “Cooperation of the enterprises and the Universities in the field of innovational activities: experience and new abilities” and the “Competition of young scientists innovative projects” was carried out. All together the Forum hosted more than 600 participants.

LETI team engages in HEIP-LINK project implementation and has prepared a report “HEIP-LINK: IPR issues in international R&D cooperation” for the round table of the Forum. The published papers of the Forum were written the promotion article “HEIP-LINK: online tool supporting international R&D cooperation through facilitating information on intellectual property rights and technology transfer issues. The project has drawn high interest of the scientists and participants in the forum.
