When the invention has an economic value much higher than could have reasonably foreseen at the time of concluding the contract, the inventor is entitled to special remuneration which shall be fixed by the competent court, failing agreement between the parties. If that is not part of his contract, if the employer notifies its interest in the invention, the employee shall be entitled to equitable remuneration taking into account salary and the estimated economic value of the invention.
